Anne Bonny is a renowned, mysterious figure of the Golden Age of piracy, but much of what we know about her comes from tall tales and embellished biographies written by men who never knew her.
In this story, Anne finds herself imprisoned after a seige gone wrong. So, in a last-ditch effort to avoid a death sentence, she uses her trademark Irish dry wit and storytelling ability to tell her captors the story of her life.
